I spent sixteen years in organizational consulting, mostly in Israel's public sector, working with government and municipal bodies. Biggest lesson: the problem is rarely the tools. It's the processes.
I can observe and analyze any business, and very soon see where and why the work gets stuck, what's being repeated unnecessarily, and where people are spending time on things a machine could easily do.
My background in organizational behavior and psychology helps me understand not just what needs to change, but how to make change stick. The most advanced tool in the world is worthless if nobody uses it.
After five more years in B2B product management and two years building and deploying AI solutions, I now help small business owners work differently. AI is simply the tool that makes it possible.
